The $Rack Token sale Rounds & Allocation.

Early investors will have the opportunity to join the sale rounds before the $Rack token is listed on a publicly traded exchange.

Rack Tokens would be sold in just 2 rounds:

* Pre- Sale
* Public Sale

**Pre-Sale Details:**

Pre-Sale Allocation:  10,000,000 Rack

Token Percentage: 20%

Pre-Sale Price: 1 ADA = 10 Rack or 1 Rack =0.1 ADA

Pre-Sale Soft Cap 500,000 ADA

Pre-Sale Hard Cap 1,000,000 ADA

**Public Sale:**

Public Sale Allocation:  5,500,000 Rack

Token Percentage: 11%

Public Sale Price: 1 ADA = 6.65 Rack or 1 Rack =0.15 ADA

Public Sale Soft Cap 450,000 ADA

Public Sale Hard Cap 825,000 ADA
